Hotel Check In
- A three-night stay (Thursday-Sunday) at a prime downtown hotel where VIPs, special guests, and celebrities stay during the race weekend.
Welcome
- Enjoy the Welcome Reception hosted by Jagger Jones at the host hotel. The Jones Marketing Team will sign you and your guest in and give you your credential packages.

Jagger will provide exclusive, behind-the-scenes tours, including introductions to VIPs, team managers, INDYCAR drivers, and other INDY 500 participants.
Pace Car Ride with Jagger
- Ride Jagger for a lap around the famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway!
Final Practice VIP Hospitality
- Relax in a VIP Suite where you can take in the action on the track and grab some lunch and a beverage!
Pit Stop Competition
- Head back to the action-packed pit lane for the Annual Pit Stop Competition, for close-up views of the fastest tire changes in the world!
VIP Dinner
- You and the guests will join Jagger for dinner at an amazing restaurant in Indianapolis, where he will share stories about racing and answer questions about the 500 along with his own racing career.

Drivers Meeting
- Jagger will drive guests to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Saturday morning to attend the Pit Lane Driver’s meeting. Drivers, past and present, attend this historic event annually to accept past trophies and discuss the upcoming race.
Newly Renovated Museum Tour
- Be one of the first to see the newly renovated IMS Museum! Inside you will see over 100 years of racing history including Parnelli Jones's Indianapolis 500 winning car.
Saturday Night VIP Concert: Artists TBA
- Ready for more fun? Guests will receive VIP Concert tickets under the lights of the downtown venue Everwise Amphitheater.

Words can’t begin to describe the day you’ll experience, but we’re going to try!
Police Escort
- Hop onboard following the incredible police escort to IMS for the 109th running of the Indianapolis 500. The adrenaline rush of passing thousands of cars and fans walking into the Speedway is just the start of this bucket-list experience.
- Upon entering through the tunnels under turn one and two at the Speedway, you’ll hear the voices of the Speedway over the loudspeakers, and you’ll feel the early stages of the largest single-day sporting event in the world – in the largest stadium of any kind!
IndyCar Team VIP meet and greet
- After parking in a VIP access-only lot, Jagger will walk guests to the garages for an IndyCar Team VIP meet and greet. See the race cars up close and personal just hours before they’ll be blasting down the straightaway at over 235 mph!
Pit lane Walk
- Are you ready to walk on PIT LANE just hours before the race? Your VIP Experience includes access to Pit Lane just a mere hours before the race to experience the hundreds of thousands of fans filling up the speedway. You will see pit lane and a close-up view of the start/finish line bricks.
VIP Suite
- Follow your escort to the VIP Suite, where you’ll have access to an air-conditioned suite, private catering, private restrooms, and closed-circuit television coverage, along with the most incredible views of pit lane and the track. With several hundred thousand people in attendance, there are fewer than 100 VIP suites along the inside of the pit lane.
Pre-Race
- Watch the pre-race ceremonies, the military fly-over, the National Anthem, and the “Gentleman, Start Your Engines” command from the very best seats in the house!
The INDY 500
- You aren’t going to believe the adrenaline rush at the start of the Indy 500! The speeds are incredible, the energy is electric! You’ll have the option to watch outside in the suite’s private grandstand or inside on closed-circuit television with climate control and a bar! Words cannot describe the experience, but it’s a true bucket-list day at the world’s largest single-day sporting event in the WORLD!

After the race, you’ll either be driven to the Indianapolis Airport, or taken back to the hotel. Sunday night at the hotel is not included but may be arranged for those who choose to fly out on Monday.
